A square flange motor design and 1/2 inch threaded motor shaft which is interchangeable with other motor models. Thus, these jet pumps are ideal replacement options for improved performance and reliability. To ensure efficiency, the motor is housed in a 2 compartment casing. Critical electrical components are sealed in their own compartments to ward off dirt, dust and insects.
How Jet pumps work:
jet pumps use a relatively small stream of water or vapor, moving at high velocity, to move a larger flow of water. As the high-velocity stream passes through the water it carries some of the water out of the pump; at the same time the high-velocity stream creates a vacuum that pulls water into the pump.
